I'm pleased this group was started, as I come from a generation that changed the world, much through music and many other forms of expression. I think that music always tells the story when it comes to our social/societal balance or unrest. Listening to the music is listening to how people feel as a whole.

It would be a good to be able to get people to put their words out for all to see and to allow them to be passed on - hopefully like us people will gain insight and encouragement from knowing they're part of a positive enviroment

Hi Pete, there's a few ning sites out there with some phlisophical rap lyrics, the shame is that a lot of the creative action message gets lost in the chat of gats and Gees and a couple of keys. There are some brilliant lynguists out there and in here. We're going to put some lyrics into start discussion, see if they give you any feedback, all the best, the Radfax

I'm glad you started this group....I've been really pushing to try and get spoken word and conscious hip-hop stuff with a political message onto these pages. I think its important that lyrics atempt to put across a message....

Infotainment I think its called....a vital means to penetrate the subconscious of a sleeping population...
