- Tell us a bit about who you are and why you're here...
- Ive been producing DnB since the back end of 2004, i did produce before that but it was mainly for sh*ts & giggles & i just made House/Trance tunes on basic software. Ive bin DJing since the summer of 2007 and ive put alot of hard work into it and now i feel i have a distinct style that stands out a little bit from the rest. Obviously im still learning and theres still alot too learn but generally im on the right track and lovin' it! I also mix Dubstep, Techstep, House/Trance (from the late 90's, the best era of House music in my opinion) & little bits of Old Skool, Hip Hop, Breaks & generally music that i enjoy old or new. Ive bin promoting since about March 2008 and gone from strength to strength. Started with a Thurs DnB night, weekly in The Axe & Cleaver (a local pub, which is where we got our name "White Rooms presents" from) and then managed to find a venue just outside town which White Rooms organised several Fri & Sat nights filled with quality music e.g. ShyFX & MC System, Dubstep & DnB, UK Grime, Punk & DnB, Hardcore (dance)& House/Trance. After a sudden change of venue manger, White Rooms pulled out of that venue and went in search of another place. Eclipse Nightclub, Boston town centre!
Our 1st night in Eclipse was Fri 21st Nov 08, and it went considerabley well. The ravers were happy, the owners were happy......We were happy!
Its going to be on the 3rd Friday of every month @ Eclipse Nightclub, Boston and its only going to get bigger and better as time goes by, so why not come down and show your support for the White Rooms crew and have a few beers and a dance while your at it ;-)
I also hold a monthly residency with fellow White Rooms member, Mr Rayner @ Cutz Recordingz well established Drum n Bass night in Lincoln. Weve been residents with them since Oct 2008.
- What would you like to hear broadcast?
- Drum n Bass, Dubstep, UK Hip-Hop, Grime, Breakz, Electro, Trance, Hard House, Chill Out, Reggae, Ska, Punk, Hardcore/Thrash. The list can go on. Jus gud underground music, thats wat i wana hear!
