Bare faced no nonsense thievery
Going on under you nose
A trillion dollars just to bail out the rich

The pretence of concern on their faces
Turns to smiles behind the closed door
They’ve just taken away your future

You just paid to decimate the poor
You just sanctioned their next phase of war
It was the only excuse they needed
Your last piece of self respect conceded

This dust bowl is choking my thought
I used to think this was the land of the free
How the hell did it come to this?

Charter backed by workers, pensioners and students

Support is growing for the People Before Profit Charter, which aims to defend workers' living standards in the face of looming economic disaster.

Further to the debate about 9/11 - I'm sending the link to this Michael Ruppert vid which people might have probably seen but I think needs to be viewed again especially as it relates directly to what is now taking place in the world markets. From the knowledge of what took place prior and post 9/11 we can be assured that something similar is about to occur: be it homleand atrocity, escalation in the middle east (iran possibly) or something equally monstrous

Nancy Pelosi was entrusted with the responsibility of ending the war and took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. The war rages on and Nancy has refused to hold those accountable for this immoral war based on lies. Cindy for Congress is asking the country to stand up against injustice and stand with Cindy Sheehan again.
We must hold the administration that led us into an unjust immoral war based on lies accountable.
This November election can be the beginning of a shift in paradigm from policies of fear, murder and destruction toward a consciousness that fosters policies of trade, sovereignty, self-determination, cooperation and peace.
Let’s make this November a time to let Nancy Pelosi know that we, as a nation are serious about peace and holding those accountable who do not stand with us.
